  • 1/4 kg Cinnamon Sticks 1/2 cup Cummin Seeds 1/4 cup Cardamon 1/4 cup Cloves 1/4 cup Black Pepper Corns Few Bay leaves 1 tsp Nutmeg powder 5-6 Star Anise

    Dry roast all in a pan, till nice aroma arises, let it cool down. Pound to break cinnamon sticks. Then dry grind it, sieve then grind the left over on sieve. Keep powder masala in air tight container. The remaining residue do not dispose but store in another container and use when boiling meats for akhni, pillao or biryani.
