Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Maida 1 cup

  • Curd 2 spoons

  • Butter 1 cup

  • Water 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup

  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tablespoon

  • Whipped cream 1 cup

  • Colourful sev 1/2 cup

  • Gems 12 pieces

  • Tuty fruity 1/2 cup

  • Sand 1 cup

  • Baking soda 1 pinch

  • Baking powder 1 pinch

Directions

    In a bowl take Maida and sprig vanilla essence and mix it well.

    In another bowl take melted butter, condensed milk, powdered sugar, water, baking soda, baking powder and make smooth batter of it.

    Now mix maida in it and make smooth batter of it.

    Grease cake tin with butter.

    Pour the batter.

    Remove whistle and ring of cooker.

    In a cooker place sand and stand.

    Place cake tin and bake it for 1 hour on low flame.

    For checking insert toothpick if it comes out clean means cake is ready.

    Remove cake from it and let it cool down for sometime.

    Spread whipped cream on all sides of cake.

  • 12

    Put colourful sev on sides of cake.

  • 13

    Put gems and colour full sev on top and decorate it as per your wish.

  • 14

    Serve this yummy cake.
