Preheat oven at 170°
Remove stalk from betel leaves and tear them into small pieces
Grind it in a mixer with little water
Pour this into a strainer and press it to remove all extract
Add milk to the jar and pour it into strainer
Add some colour to the strained betel milk and mix it well
In a mixing bowl mix maida,baking soda and baking powder and keep aside
In another bowl mix malai and sugar till fluffy
Add fennel seeds,flavoured betel supari,vanilla essence and gulkand and mix until combined
Add curd and mix
Add 1/3 rd milk and mix with spatula
Add half flour mix and fold it gently
Again add a portion of milk and mix until smooth batter forms
Pour it in the baking mould amd tap it
Add pista over it and bake it for 30-35 minutes
Allow it to cool on the wire rack and cut in desired pieces and enjoy
