mix cocoa powder in half cup of boiled milk and keep it keep it aside
preheat oven in 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
whisk fine flour and baking powder in a bowl
now add butter and sugar and beat them until fluffy and creamy
now add condensed milk and whisk for 2-3 minutes
now add cocoa mixture alternating in two three steps
add chopped dry fruits and dates mix them well
Now pour this mixtures in greased Tin and bake for 30 minutes
now cool the cake tin over wire rack
remove this from the tin and keep it on the wire rack
now refrigerate it for 2-3 hours
beat the whipping cream in hand blender till stiff
now melt chocolate and fresh cream in a microwave
now add this chocolate and fresh cream in the whipped cream and mix them well
apply this whipped cream on the sides and top of the cake evenly
open the KitKat chocolates and stick on the sides of the cake
do it all cover the cake fully
now fill all the chocolates and biscuits on the top of the cake as shown in the picture
now keep this in the fridge just because everything should be stuck properly
