  • Agar agar powder 1tsp

  • Warm water 1/4 cup

  • Icing sugar 2 to 3 cups

  • Spring vanilla essence 1tsp

  • Almond powder 2tsp

  • Milkmaid 1/2 cup

  • Gulkand 2tsp

  • Milk 1cup

  • Cream or malai 1big sp

  • Baking powder 1tsp

  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • Plain flour 1/2 cup

  • Suji or semolina 1/3 cup

  • Milk powder 2tsp

  • Coconut powder 2tsp

  • Melted butter 2tsp

  • Green and yellow food colour 1 drop

  • Sugar 1/4 cup


  • Take a small bowl
  • Add warm water and agar agar in it..
  • Mix it well..
  • Heat it for sometime and let it to be cool
  • Then take a bowl, add icing sugar in it
  • Add agar agar water in it and mix it well..
  • Dust icing sugar and mix it well and make fine dough..
  • Fondant is ready
  • Divide it into 3 parts..
  • Add orange colour in one part and green colour in the other part
  • Then take a bowl, add milk ,spring vanilla essence , cream , butter and sugar in it and mix it well
  • Then add baking soda , milk powder and baking powder in it and mix it well
  • Then add plain flour , coconut powder and semolina in it and mix it well
  • And make fine batter
  • Then preheat oven for 10 minutes
  • Grease cake mould with butter and put batter in it..
  • Bake the cake for 10 to 15 minutes
  • When it become cool , cut it from the middle..
  • Spread sugar syrup all over..
  • Then spread milkmaid and gulkand mix all over
  • Cover it with another part of cake..
  • Mix almond powder in fondant for brown colour
  • Cover the cake with brown colour fondant..
  • Decorate it with the fondant and serve it..
