Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1.5 cup APR

  • 1 cup sugar powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 3 tsp Coco powder

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1/2 cup malai

  • 1 tsp venila extract

  • 2 cup fresh cream

  • 1 cup iceing sugar

  • 1/4 tsp green colour

  • 1/4 cup APF

  • 1/4 cup rice flour

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 6 tsp olive oil

  • 4 tsp chocolate syrup

Directions

    Take all dry ingredients like APF, baking powder, soda, Coco powder and sugar powder . Sieve it 2-3 times

    In another bowl add all wet ingredients like curd, venila extract, malai, olive oil and mix it well

    Preheat oven on 200 digree celcious

    Now add both wet and dry ingredients by cut and fold method and make smooth pest,. cake mix is ready

    Pour this cake mix in cake tin and tap for 2-3 times and bake it on preheated oven for 10 min on 200 digree celcious and 15 min on 160 digree celcious

    Meanwhile we make iceing of cake by mixing iceing sugar and fresh cream and little amount of green colour

    For tree base we make wrap by mix APF, rice flour, sugar and curd, make add smooth pest . Heat non-stick pan, spread the mix and cook it both side for 5-6 min. Now make a shape of cone by folding it

    After bake the cake let it cool, apply some chocolate syrup on cake

  • 09

    Now fix the wraps cone in centre of cake, apply some iceing on it

  • 10

    Fill green colour iceing in pipeing bag and makd leaves of tree and make edges of cake, decorate it as your choice

    Spread some colour full sprinkle on tree and put some home made chocolate on base of tree. Your awesome Christmas tree cake is ready
