Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and soda 3 times.
Soften the butter.
Add sugar powder and milkmade in butter and beat till fluffy.
Now add the all purpose flour in the butter mixture and add vanilla essence.
Transfer the batter into a greased and dusted mould and keep it in the preheated oven and bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
Once baked, keep it outside and demould when cooled.
Cut the cake into two havlves from the between.
Sprinkle the sugar syrup on it.
Add icing sugar into the whipped cream and spread over the cake. Now keep another piece on it and sprinkle sugar syrup on it too and cover it with whipped cream fully.
Keep it inside the fridger for 10 minutes, then give it a fine touch with the help of a knife.
Decorate with gems, oreo biscuits and munchini then serve.
