1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Salt 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup boiled Beetroot puree
1 tablespoon Tomato (rinse and finely chopped)
3/4 cup grated mozeralla cheese
1 tablespoon Onion finely chopped
Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon (if required..i didn't add)
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
First of all , combine all dry ingredients in a clean large bowl.Whisk until all spices very well combine .
At this time add tomato, onion and cheese and coat it very well.
Now add wet ingredients. i.e. beetroot puree and oil.
Gently fold all ingredients and pour into greased teddy bear mould.
Place it into preheated oven on 350' f or 180 ' c for 20 minutes or till it gets cook properly.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve hot with ketchup . Sprinkle few chilly flakes and garnish with cheese while serving.
This pizza cake will be gooey not crunchy like pizza. But texture is very good and healthy option for your dear ones.
