Preheat the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
Beat the egg with electric beater until foamy.
Now make the powder of the granulated sugar and add in egg mixture.
Also add oil, vanilla extract and again beat for 3-4 minutes.
Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, coco powder 2-3 times.
Add dry ingredients into wet.
With the help of milk and using a rubber spatula make a batter with ribbon consistency.
Pour in a loaf pan lined with butter paper.
Bake for 25-30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Whip the cream with colour, vanilla extract and icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
Decorate the cake as per your choice. I have used big rose russian tip for decoration.
