  • All purpose flour 1 cup

  • Granulated sugar 1 cup

  • Eggs 2

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Coco powder 2 table spoon

  • Sprig Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Oil/butter 1/4 cup

  • Milk 1/4 cup

  • Non dairy whipping cream 200 ml

  • Edible colour blue 1 drop

  • Icing sugar 4 tbsp

  • Sugar hearts 10-12 for decoration


  • Preheat the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
  • Beat the egg with electric beater until foamy.
  • Now make the powder of the granulated sugar and add in egg mixture.
  • Also add oil, vanilla extract and again beat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, coco powder 2-3 times.
  • Add dry ingredients into wet.
  • With the help of milk and using a rubber spatula make a batter with ribbon consistency.
  • Pour in a loaf pan lined with butter paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Whip the cream with colour, vanilla extract and icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Decorate the cake as per your choice. I have used big rose russian tip for decoration.
  • Your Chocolate Cream Loaf Cake is ready to consume.
