Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 5 tbsp sugar


  • 3 tbsp water


  • 1 mango sliced

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180°
  • Mix curd and sugar till fluffy
  • Add baking soda and baking powder
  • Add all purpose flour in batches and mix it in cut and fold method
  • Add vanilla essence
  • Heat sugar and water till it caramelized do not let it dark brown
  • Transfer this caramel in a baking dish
  • Arrange slices of mango on it and pour cake batter every
  • Tap the mould to escape air bubbles
  • Bake it in preheated oven for 35 minutes
  • Cool it and demould it and cut in slices
