Preheat oven at 180°
Mix curd and sugar till fluffy
Add baking soda and baking powder
Add all purpose flour in batches and mix it in cut and fold method
Add vanilla essence
Heat sugar and water till it caramelized do not let it dark brown
Transfer this caramel in a baking dish
Arrange slices of mango on it and pour cake batter every
Tap the mould to escape air bubbles
Bake it in preheated oven for 35 minutes
Cool it and demould it and cut in slices
