Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 11/2 cup maida
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180°
  • Sieve dry ingredients
  • Mix curd and sugar till sugar dissolves
  • Add dry ingredients in it and mix in cut and fold method
  • Add oil and essence and mix it
  • Pour this batter in muffins mould and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 180°
