First of all soak all nuts and dryfruits along with spice powder in juice for minimum 1 -2 days in refrigerator.
Now preheat the oven at 180° C .
Shift flour, salt and baking powder together for 3-4 times.
Now add drained fruits and nuts ,mix well.
In a separate bowl add milk and vinegar, leave for 5 minutes.
Now add jaggery/ brown sugar in it and mix till dissolved.
Now add baking soda and mix. Wait till it become frothy.
Now add oil and Sprig vanilla essence, mix well .
Mix immediately dry and wet ingredients together using cut and fold method.
Now pour the batter immediately in a lined baking pan and sprinkle nuts & dryfruits evenly.
Tap the pan to release any air bubbles trapped inside the batter.
Now place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 - 65 minutes or till skewer inserted comes out clean.
Its heavenly aroma is enough to linger your taste buds.
When done remove from oven and let it cool a bit then transfer on a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and enjoy a piece of heaven.
