  • 1and 1/2 all purpose flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup thick curd, 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking powder, 1/4 tsp Baking soda, 1/2 cup Buttermilk, 1tsp vanilla essence.500 gm non dairy whipped cream,


  • 1.First of all preheat the oven to 180 . Grease 9 inch cake pan with butter and flour.
  • 2. In a medium bowl sieve flour ,Bp, Bs, Salt, mix until well combined .set aside.
  • In another bowl put butter and sugar in it Beat with hand mixer on medium high speed until light and creamy .it takes about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 cup curd and continue beating on medium speed .now add vanilla essence.
  • Put dry ingredients in creamy sugar mixture. Fold with hand spatula cut & fold method .add butter milk in it .fold the batter gently .Transfer the to the prepared baking pan .tap 2-3 times on kitchen counter. Bake in the middle rack for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean cool the cake for 20 minutes then remove from the pan .and cool completely .
  • Now take big bowl. Pour non dairy whipped cream. Whip until gets sfiff peaks .cut the cake into three layers and spread whipped cream with pallate knife.
  • Cover all the cake with whipped cream and Garnish with Hand made fondant Santa Claus ,snow man and trees.
