Mix veg bhature


It is healthy breakfast and kids attractive colourfully bhature. When kids not eating any vegetables do like this bhature, very tasty.

Serves : 4
  • 5 cup Wheat flour

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • Deep fry for 1/2 litre Oil

  • 1/2 cup Grated carrot

  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot

  • 1/2 cup grated potato

  • 1/2 cup chopped Spinach and betel leaves

  • 2 cup semolina or RAVA


  • Firstly take a bowl add Wheat flour, semolina, and salt mix well
  • In grinder grind the grated veggies separately without adding water.
  • Next Pour the grinded carrot into Wheat flour mixture then knead the dough.
  • Further knead all the veggies dough separately . And rest for 5 mins.
  • Next make the small balls and roll it like bhature.
  • After deep fry in oil and adjust the flame low to medium.
  • Finally serve the bhature with chutney aloo Palya or sambar saagu etc.
