Grease and dust cake mould and keep it aside.
Sieve all purpose flour, milk powder, baking soda and baking powder 3 times.
In a bowl add homemade and sugar powder and beat till smoothen.
Mix all the dry fruits in the sieved flour mixture.
Add SPRIG GOURMET VANILLA ESSENCE in the homemade cream and sugar mixture.
Now in this mixture add the dry fruits and flour mixture and milk slowly slowly and mix it up well.
Now transfer the mixture into the greased and dusted mould.
Keep the mould into the preheated oven at 180° and bake for 30 minutes.
Check with the help of a toothpick, when cooked keep it out.
When cooled, demould it and cut into desired shape and serve.
