2 boiled Sweet Potato , 2 CUP Wheat flour, 1 cup jaggery (adjust your sweetness ) 2 cup chilled full cream milk, Pinch of salt 2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp Cardamom powder Butter or ghee Honey ( optional)
1.firstly in a mixing bowl add Jaggery and chilled full cream milk then beat it, until jaggery melt well in milk next mashed sweet potato, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, salt, mix well. 2. After add sieved Wheat flour step by step mix well, if you want add more milk.it becomes smooth flowing thick batter consistency. 3. Next heat the pan put butter or ghee then pour the ladlefull of batter, close the lid and bake it till bubbles come on the batter. .4. After flip it and bake few minutes. 5. Finally remove it to plate and serve garnish with applying honey. Thank you.....
