  • Milk - 1/2 katori/cup

  • Natural Brown Sugar - 1/4th katori/cup

  • Olive oil - 1/4th katori/cup

  • Maida - 1 Full katori/cup

  • Baking Soda Powder - 1/4th teaspoon

  • Baking Powder - 1/4th teaspoon

  • Center Fruit Chewing Gum 2 full (taken out pulp from 1 pack of ten & the other pack is for highlighting of cake)

  • Almonds for decorating 2-3 teaspoon chopped

    Take Olive oil

    Add brown sugar to it

    Then add milk along with the sieved maida mixture (sieve maida,baking powder & baking soda together), add pulp of 10 chewing gums also at the same time, Fold it nicely

    Greece the aluminium cake tin & dust with flour), Add the batter to it, Put some chopped almonds on top of it

    Preheat the microwave convection mode at 150 degree

    For 10 minutes

    When it beeps , place the cake tin inside

    Set the temperature 40 minutes

    Check using toothpick, if it's ready the toothpick will come out clean, Serve Decorated-Highlighted with center fruit chewing gum
