Ingredients
Serves 4
Milk - 1/2 katori/cup
Natural Brown Sugar - 1/4th katori/cup ( adjust sugar as per ur taste u may take less also because Rose & Thandai Powder is also very sweeter)
Olive oil - 1/4th katori/cup
Maida - 1 Full katori/cup
Baking Soda Powder - 1/4th teaspoon
Baking Powder - 1/4th teaspoon
Thandai powder 1/2 teaspoon
Rose 1/2 teaspoon (gulukand)
Directions
Firstly beat oil and sugar
Then add milk along with the sieved maida mixture (sieve maida,baking powder & baking soda together) Thandai powder & Rose (gulukand) to it
Fold it nicely
Greece the silicon cake moulds, Add the batter to it
Preheat the microwave convection mode at 150 degree
For 10 minutes
When it beeps , place the silicon cup moulds inside
Set 25 minutes
Check using toothpick, if it's ready the toothpick will come out clean, Serve well
