Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk - 1/2 katori/cup

  • Natural Brown Sugar - 1/4th katori/cup ( adjust sugar as per ur taste u may take less also because Rose & Thandai Powder is also very sweeter)

  • Olive oil - 1/4th katori/cup

  • Maida - 1 Full katori/cup

  • Baking Soda Powder - 1/4th teaspoon

  • Baking Powder - 1/4th teaspoon

  • Thandai powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Rose 1/2 teaspoon (gulukand)

Directions

    Firstly beat oil and sugar

  • 02

    Then add milk along with the sieved maida mixture (sieve maida,baking powder & baking soda together) Thandai powder & Rose (gulukand) to it

    Fold it nicely

    Greece the silicon cake moulds, Add the batter to it

  • 05

    Preheat the microwave convection mode at 150 degree

  • 06

    For 10 minutes

    When it beeps , place the silicon cup moulds inside

    Set 25 minutes

  • 09

    Check using toothpick, if it's ready the toothpick will come out clean, Serve well
