  • All purpose flour 2 cups

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Home made Cream 1 cup

  • Tutti Frutti 2 tablespoons

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Grease and dust the cake mould.
  • Mix well the cream and sugar and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven at 180° for 10 minutes
  • Sieve all purpose flour, Baking soda and baking powder 3 times.
  • Now mix tutti frutti into the all purpose flour.
  • Add essence in the cream sugar mixture and mix it well.
  • Now add cream mixture and sieved flour together then add little little milk and cut fold it and make a fine batter. Transfer the batter in the mould
  • Take some tutti frutti in a bowl and add all purpose flour in it and dust it.
  • Sprinkle the tutti frutti on the batter and now keep the mould into the preheated oven.
  • Check with the help of a toothpick if baked
  • Once baked, demould it.
  • When cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
