Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, milk powder, baking powder and sugar powder 3 times.
Now start adding milk to mixture in order to avoid lumps and make a blended paste.
Once the paste is made, add sprig vanilla essence to it and now mix it then add oil and mix it well enough checking the consistency of the batter.
Now take half batter into a bowl and cocoa powder in it.
Take a greased cake mould and dust off with all purpose flour.
Pour half vanilla batter in it, and then pour the cocoa powder batter and the rest half vanilla batter on it again.
Now keep the mould inside the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
After 30 minutes, check with a toothpick. If it comes out clean let it rest into the oven for 2 minutes more.
Take it out of the mould and let it cool.
Once cooled cut into pieces and enjoy.
