Ingredients

  • Oil - 140 ml ,sugar - 200 grms , milk powder -1/4 cup ,curd - 1/4 cup , milk - 1/4 cup , maida - 150 grms , baking soda 3/4 tsp , baking powder - 1 nd half tsp ,vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp,mango essence - 1 tsp , water optional , food colour (yellow) - 1 tsp

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180°c for 10 mins .sieve flour with baking powder and baking soda twice .then mix all the ingredients in a pot .beat the mixed ingredients with a beater till it mixes well nd light ( almost 5 minutes). if ur batter is very thick then mix water . Take a cake mould (1/2 kg) nd brush ghee or oil with a silicon brush over the inside of the cake mould .then spread 2 tbsp flour over the brushed ghee . Now pour the mixture into the cake mould .then put this mould with mixture 30 to 35 minutes into the oven ( i use OTG ) with 180°c . To check if your cake is ready insert a toothpick at the center of the cake .if the toothpick comes out clean or only a few moist crumbs attached to it then it's properly baked .if not then again put it in oven for more 5 to 10 minutes ...let it cool then unmould otherwise it will break ..your cake is ready 😇
