Ingredients

  • Biscuit powder 1 bowl

  • Butter 1/2cup

  • Boiled Rice 4 cups

  • Fresh cream 2 cups

  • Sugar 5 tsp

  • Cinnamon powder 1/4tsp

  • Chop cashews 10

  • Chop pista 10

  • Chop almonds 10

  • Cardamom powder 1/2tsp

  • Sugar 4tsp

Directions

    Take a mixer grinder add biscuits, cinnamon powder,butter and 4 tsp of sugar then grind make a panjiri. Then black grapes cut in two pieces keep a side.

    Take a mixer jar add boiled rice,fresh cream,5tsp of sugar,cardamim powder mix and make a coarsely grind paste pour in bowl and chop nuts mixed in well.

    Take a grease tray add half quantity of biscuit panjiri spread and flat in spoon or spatula then add rice pudding spread and black grapes spread then add hslf quantity of biscuit panjiri spread evenly.

    Then bake in 140 degree at 20 to 25 minutes.

    Panjiri biscuit delight pudding is ready to serve.
