700g butter ( at room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla extract
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the egg one at a time and mix well.
Fold in the flour and vanilla extract.
Using a piping bag pipe little cookies on a line baking tray 2 inches apart .
Put some jam in the middle of each cookies . ( this is optional)
Bake at 180°C for about 20 mins
