  • 2 cup flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoon chocolate syrup

  • 1/4 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

  • 1 cup butter

  • 3 small eggs


  • First mix flour with salt and baking powder and sugar nicely
  • Now add butter at room temperature
  • Now mix eggs with sour cream and chocolate syrup
  • Now mix chocolate mixture with flour mixture slowly at little portions
  • Now preheat the pressure cooker without whistle and rubber so cooker could not block heat inside.just make hot it for steam
  • Now low the flame and put one small empty aluminum bowl inside
  • Now greece with butter one another bowl to put cake mixture inside
  • Now keep both bowls properly inside the cooker.first bowl open mouth downside and second bowl open mouth upside and put mixture inside slowly and close the cooker
  • Check every after 7 or 5 minutes
  • When just center portion seem little soft to ready turn off the gas and keep the cooker close for continuously five seven minutes
  • Your very fluffy chocolate syrup cake at home is ready without condensed milk or heavy cream or cream cheese
