Ingredients
Serves 6
Aampapad - 1 small pack( grated half to put inside and other half for topping)
Milk 3/4th small katori or standard size cup
Maida 1 small katori or standard size cup
Brown sugar 1/4th katori or 1/4th cup
Olive oil 1/2 small katori or standard size cup
Baking soda 1/4th teaspoon
Baking powder 1/4th teaspoon

Take Olive Oil
Add Brown Sugar to it and blend well
On the otherside sieve maida,baking powder & baking soda together, keep aside
Grate Aampapad and keep aside
Now add milk to the oil sugar mixture, beat in clockwise direction , Add sieved dry mixture & beat again till it is light & fluffy , at the same time add grated Aampapad and mix well
Put in greesed silicon muffin moulds, top it with grated Aampapad pieces , Preheat the microwave convection mode at 150degree
For 10 minutes
When it beeps, open the door and place the baking tray of silicon cake moulds inside , Set temperature for 40 minutes at 150degree
Baked Aampapad muffins are ready to serve
Serve at room temperature
