6 tbsp milk
5 tbsp maida
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter / refined oil
1 Pinch baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
5 drops vinegar
3 drops vanilla essence
1.5 tsp cocoa powder
50 gm unsalted butter
100 gm icing sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
In a bowl, add maida, sugar, baking powder and baking soda & mix them.
Pour half of the milk in a bowl and try to mix all the ingredientes using spoon, slowly add rest of the milk and oil, whisk for 5 mins them properly till whole sugar is dissolved.
Now add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, vinegar drops and mix them again properly.
Now pour prepared batter into 2 paper cups.
Keep the cups in oven, microwave it for 1.5 -2 mins (time may be different for different microwave). After 1.5 mins check the cup cakes by inserting tooth pick in cake if tooth pick comes out clean it means cake is ready otherwise cook for another 20-30 secs.
Now keep the cup cakes aside and allow them to cool completely.
Mean while in another bowl, take unsalted butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder and mix them using electric beater till soft cream is formed.
Fill the prepared cream in piping bags and make different desings and fill the cup cakes.
We can keep them in fridge and relish it later. Delicious and super soft creamy cug cake is ready to serve within few mins. It's a must try recipe.
