Grease a baking pot with butter & dust with little maida.
Preheat the oven @180°C for 10 min.s
In a bowl mix butter, sugar, caramel syrup, curd & mix well till fluffy
Now seive maida, baking powder, baking soda & spices in big mixing bowl
Add chopped dry fruits & soaked dry fruits & coat them well with maida
Now add dry ingredients into liquid ingredients & mix well with spatula without any lumps
If needed then add orange juice or milk in small quantity as required
Mix well & add better into cake pot.
Equal the surface with spatual & gently pat for 3-4 times to remove air bubbles
Put it in Oven @170°C for 45-60° C
Keep an eye on your cake as oven temperature varries on oven to oven
Freshly baked dry fruits cake is ready to serve
