Sieve the flour , baking powder, baking soda four times.
Next in a bowl add melted butter, sugar , yoghurt and condensed milk and whisk it very well.
Next combine dry and wet mixture and mix well.
Add vanilla essence ,mix and keep it aside.
Now preheat the pan for 15 minutes.
Grease the tin and pour bater, tap twice.
Place the tin in the pan and cover with lid.
Bake the cake for 40 minutes. Then check and cool it down completely.
Demould the cake and cut into small cubes pieces.
Next take a pan and add 1/2 cup sugar and stir until it gets caramalized.
While the caramalize is hot take the cake cubes and drop a small portion of sugar (which will act as a glue). Next place one gems on it and press.
Repeat the process to glue all the gems on vake cubes.
Next dust powder sugar on the top. And mini bites are ready to serve.
