Take jaggery in a bowl and add olive oil in it.
Mix untill jaggery dissolves completely.
Take wheat flour, baking powder, soda and sieve it in the jaggery and oil mixture.
Mix well using criss cross method .
Add some water, vanilla extract and mix well again.
Grease a cake tin with oil or butter .
Pour in the cake batter, top with nuts and bake it in microwave mode for 15 min.
Demould n serve.
