Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Maida 90 grms


  • Powdered Sugar 100 grms


  • Amul Butter 50 grms


  • Egg 1


  • Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp


  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp


  • Salt 1/4 tsp


  • Amul Fresh Cream 25 grms


  • Milk 25 grms


  • Oreo Biscuits (Chopped) 5-6

Directions

  • First cream the sugar and butter.
  • Add egg into it and mix nicely.
  • Now add vanilla extract, fresh cream and milk. Mix well.
  • Seive Maida, Baking Power And Salt.
  • At to the liquid batter and use cut and fold method to mix.
  • Add chopped biscuits (save some for top garnish) to the batter and fold.
  • Pour into the baking pan and sprinkle the saved chopped cookies on top.
  • Bake at preheated oven at 180°C for 30mins.
  • Cool and enjoy...!!!
