  • All purpose Flour 1 cup

  • Butter 1 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup

  • Condensed Milk 1 cup

  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs

  • Baking powder 1 tbs

  • Baking soda 1 tbs

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Melted Dark chocolate 1/2 cup

  • Coco powder 1/2 cup

  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup


  • Heat the pan for 10 minutes and cover with lid. Grease the pan with oil and coco powder.
  • Now sieve flour and baking powder thrice. Now in another mix bowl add half melted butter, melted chocolate , half condensed milk , sprig vanilla essence and mix very well. Now pour dry mixture into wet mixture laddle by laddle. Combine very well to make a smooth bater. Now pour the bater into the greased tin and keep aside.
  • Next start making the filling part , for that beat cream cheese continuously until it turns smooth and creamy. Now add left melted butter, condensed milk , coco powder and powdered sugar. Mix very well to make a smooth filling. Pour the filling on the top of bater.
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the cake; the center should still be a little gooey when finished baking.
  • Let cake partially cool on a wire rack before cutting into pieces.
  • Now slice the cake into cubes and secorate with chocolate leaves and chocolate pops; sprinkle some powdered sugar.
