Heat the pan for 10 minutes and cover with lid. Grease the pan with oil and coco powder.
Now sieve flour and baking powder thrice. Now in another mix bowl add half melted butter, melted chocolate , half condensed milk , sprig vanilla essence and mix very well. Now pour dry mixture into wet mixture laddle by laddle. Combine very well to make a smooth bater. Now pour the bater into the greased tin and keep aside.
Next start making the filling part , for that beat cream cheese continuously until it turns smooth and creamy. Now add left melted butter, condensed milk , coco powder and powdered sugar. Mix very well to make a smooth filling. Pour the filling on the top of bater.
Bake the cake for 40 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the cake; the center should still be a little gooey when finished baking.
Let cake partially cool on a wire rack before cutting into pieces.
Now slice the cake into cubes and secorate with chocolate leaves and chocolate pops; sprinkle some powdered sugar.
