"LOW FAT" "SUGARCANE SUNFLOWER CAKE" "Eggless" "Butterless" "Seedless" (no kaju,badaam,pista,walnut- just the healthier one sunflower seeds only will use) "Sugarless" (no white sugar- just a small spoon of brown sugar, jaggery sugar which is considered as a healthier one) "Neutral oil" - Canola oil - low fat healthier one considered good for baking (In short it's - A cake, made with Bajra & Patanjali wheat flour with a spoon of brown sugar, honey and sugarcane juice (gannee ka juice). This cake can be consumed as a healthier cake with no saturated fat).

  • 1) Neutral Oil (Canola Oil) - 1/4 katori

  • 2) Aata Flour - 3/4 cup

  • 3) Bajra Flour - 1/4 cup

  • 4) Sugarcane juice (gannee ka juice) - 1 small glass fresh juice to put inside the cake batter and 1 small glass for decorating/plating

  • 5) Brown Sugar 1 small spoon just - as shown in picture

  • 6) Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

  • 7) Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

  • 8) Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

  • 9) Dabur Honey 1 small spoon - as shown in picture

    Ingredients Used

    Sieve bajra, patanjali aata, baking powder and baking soda all together 2 to 3 times, keep aside

    Now first take canola oil in a utensil add small spoon of brown sugar & a small spoon of dabur honey, beat well

    Now add sugarcane juice, beat well

    Now add vinegar to it

    Add the sieved dry ingredients and make a smooth batter

    This way beat well

    Greece the aluminium cake tin, dust with some aata flour, pour the cake batter inside, tap twice on slab so that no air remain inside, decorate with sunflower seeds only (as we are making a low fat healthier version of cake with no saturated fat, so do not use any extra seeds like kaju, pista and all, that's y using sugar also - brown jaggery sugar because cake is of sugarcane juice so do not use white sugar)

    Preheat the microwave convection mode at 150 degree

    When it beeps open the door, place the cake tin inside

    Bake it for 40 minutes

    Cut & Serve , decorated with sugarcane juice and sugarcane stick.
