1. Seive flour , cocoa powder , baking powder and powdered sugar in a bowl .
2 Add vanilla essence , butter , eggs and beat well to make a smooth batter . Add milk slowly to get a proper consistency .
3 Grease the container and sprinkle powdered sugar .
4 Pour the batter and tap 2-3 times on platform to avoid any bubbles .
5 Set this in a cooker without whistle for 45 minutes .
6 Prick it with a toothpick or knife in the middle . If it comes out clear then it is perfectly ready .
After 5-10 minutes remove it and let it cool .
