Ingredients

Serves : 7
  • 1) Maida 1 cup


  • 2) Oil 1/2 cup


  • 3) Sugar 1/2 cup


  • 4) Vanilla essence few drops


  • 5) Wagh Bakri Spiced Tea 3/4 cup (use milk 1 cup, reduced to 3/4 cup of chai, put 1 teaspoon patti in boiling milk plus 1 teaspoon sugar, and make it ready)


  • 6) Baking soda 1/2teaspoon


  • 7) Baking powder 1 teaspoon


  • For icing:- Ingredients:- 1) 2-3cups whipping cream


  • 2) Hershey's chocolate sauce


  • 3) Almonds chopped for decorating


  • For decoration:- 1) Butter paper sheets 4-5


  • 2) instrument of making frosting flower

Directions

  • Using this Masala Wagh Bakri Spiced Tea, we will make this cake
  • Make chai as we make but don't take water, just make chai using milk (in hindi we say dud waali chai) do not make with water
  • This tea leave contains following masala
  • Pictures are depicted step by step...make proper chai using sugar but do not make with water
  • When chai is ready Keep aside to cool, will use this in cake
  • On the other side take a bowl add oil and sugar together, beat well using blender, add vanilla essence few drops, mix well
  • Sieve maida, baking powder, and baking soda all three together , Put this in oil sugar beated mixture , Add the chai slowly slowly and make the cake batter as of creamy consistency
  • This way add the sieved mixture to it, blend well in clockwise direction
  • On the third side preheat oven convection mode at 150degree
  • For 10 minutes
  • In between while it's preheaing, take aluminium tin greece it with oil, sprinkle some maida & pour the spiced tea cake batter in it
  • When the microwave beeps place the tin inside and give 40min approximately at 150degree convection mode
  • This way place the cake tin inside
  • Set 40 degree temperature
  • When it beeps check out using toothpick, if it comes out clean, that means the cake is ready, take out and keep aside for cooling
  • For icing see the steps
  • For Icing- While doing icing cut the first layer nicely, keep aside & then divide it in 3 layers, put in each layer a syrup of sugar water and then put icing cream in between each layer , decorate as desired (according to your own wish) , Cut & Serve
