Eggless Whole-wheat Carrot Tutti Fruity Cake

  • 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup grated carrot

  • 1/4cup tutti fruity

  • 1cup lukewarm milk

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 3/4 cup powder sugar

  • 1tsp sprig natural Bourbon vanilla essence


  • In a bowl sieve flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Now add grated carrot and tutti fruity. Mix it .
  • In another bowl mix butter and sugar till it becomes fluffy.
  • Add milk and mix it.
  • Now mix liquid mixture with dry flour mixture. Mix it well.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix it.
  • Grease a baking tin and sprinkle some flour. Tap out excess flour.
  • Pour the cake batter into cake tin.
  • Bake it at 180℃ for 30 minutes or till it properly baked. We can check it by inserting a tooth pic in the cake. If it comes out clean without sticking the cake batter then it is baked.
  • After baked , let be completely cool it then demold it.
  • In last sprinkle some cake sugar on it and cut it into slices.
  • Enjoy healthy cake slices with cup of coffee
