Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy ( about 10-15 mins)
Add the eggs 2 at a time and mix well between each addition .
Add the pastry cream and mix well .
Add the ground almonds , coconut, cornflour and mix well.
In a prepared cake pan line with parchment paper , add half of the cake batter .
Arrange the banana slices over the cake batter and cover with the remaining cake batter .
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 1h to 1h 30 mins .
Decorate with a chocolate mousse and strawberries.
