Melt chocolate in a double boiler, then add some butter and mix well
Seive the maida, ragi flour and salt, keep it aside.
Cream the curd and sugar well. Then add baking powder and baking soda to it and wait for 5min till bubbles appear
Then add oil and vanilla essence and mix well.
Add the melted chocolate also and mix well
Then add the sieved flour and fold into the batter. Add the grated apple and walnuts, mix into the batter
Note: Add little milk if the batter is thick. Pour the cake mix in a greased baking dish and bake 180C/40min till toothpick when inserted comes out clean
For the coffee dome, take in a bowl cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar, little vanilla essence, coffee powder and melted chocolate and with an electric beater beat it, till peaks form
Take silicon moulds and fill it and let it set overnight in the freezer
For assembling, cut round discs from the cake and coat the sides with little melted chocolate and roll it on crushed walnuts which will coat the cake
Then de mould the domes and assemble over the cake and keep it in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving
