Maicda 1cup
Eggs 2
Carrot grated 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Chop mixed nuts 4 tsp
Milk 2 tsp for brushing
Icing sugar 2tsp
cocopowder 1tsp
Directions
Take a bowl add half cup of sugar and eggs mixed and beat.
Take a bowl add maida mix water and make a dough keep a side.
Take a pan add grated carrot,milk,nuts and sugar add cook for dry form and carrot soft.
Take a maida dough make a roti cut in any shape fill with carrot pudding and seal them.
Take a brush dip in milk and milk wash for carrot empnadda.
Then pre heated Airfyer then bake empnadda for 10 minutes in 120 degree.
After bake garnish cocopowder and icing sugar.
