In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs, butter, White and Brown Sugar until light in colour.
Add in dry ingredients mix until combined about 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add the greeted carrots and stir until fully incorporated.
Pour batter into prepared microwave cake bowl for 8 to 10 minute cook.
Then until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely and served moist carrot cake.
