Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50grm melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 2 Cup grated carrots
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs, butter, White and Brown Sugar until light in colour.
  • Add in dry ingredients mix until combined about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Then add the greeted carrots and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Pour batter into prepared microwave cake bowl for 8 to 10 minute cook.
  • Then until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely and served moist carrot cake.
