Preheat the oven @170°C for 10 min.
Take metlted butter,curd, fine sugar in a bowl & mix until fluffy & creamy
Mesh banana with fork & add into butter,mix untill creamy
Add baking powder & soda together in butter & mix well
Keep aside for 5 minutes
Now seive maida & add into butter mix, mix it well , adjust consistency with milk if needed
Fill the cup cake liners till 60% & put in oven for 170°c for 25min.
Add some chopped walnuts in maida before mixing in liquid ingredients
Garnish with some more walnuts & then bake for 25min.
