Preheat oven at 180°
Mix all ingredients of icing lump free in a mixing bowl and keep it covered for 10 minutes
In another bowl sieve all the dry ingredients of cake
Mix sugar and curd till sugar dissolves
Add dry ingredients in curd batter and mix in cut and fold method
Add sprig vanilla essence and mix it
Transfer the whole batter in a greased rectangular disc and bake in microwave at convection mode for 25 minutes at 180°
Take it out and let it cool
Trim the corners and cut in square pieces
Take one piece and dip it in icing mixture with help of fork
Coat it with coconut and keep in a plate
