  • Maida 1cup

  • Suji 1/2cup

  • Powder sugar 1 cup

  • Clarified butter 1cup

  • cinnamon powder 1/4tsp

  • Lukewarm milk 1cup


  • Take a bowl add maida,suji mixed.
  • Take a another bowl add sugar, cinnamon powder and clarified butter mixand whisk for fluffy and smooth batter.
  • Take a maida bowl add sugar mixer rub in your hands.
  • Then add milk and make a dough.
  • Take rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes make a small balls and press in palm.
  • Then take a baking tray greased and dusting arrange nan khatai and bake in pre heated oven at 180 degree at 12 to 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes cinnamon nan khatai is ready.
