Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 6 egg


  • 150g All Purpose Flour


  • 150gm Sugar


  • 3 cup Whipped cream


  • 3 tbs strawberry Chush


  • 1/2 cup Sugar Syrup

Directions

  • take a mixing bowl and break all egg in that bowl and beat it for 30 sec
  • then add sugar in to it and beat for 9 min till it turn creamy
  • then add all purpose flour and fold it in cut and fold methord
  • then take 10 inch, 6 inch, 4 inch cake tin and fill it with the batter and bake it for 30 min at 180 Degree in oven
  • after 30 min our cake base is ready
  • Keep it for cooling
  • Now take whipped cream and beat it till its ready.
  • Now take all the cake base and cut it in equal parts.
  • Now take a cake board and take one piece of cake and apply sugar syrup the add whipped cream and add strawberry crush for flavour
  • repeat this process for another piece. And cover both with whipped cream .
  • Smooth it
  • Similarly prepare all 3 size of cakes
  • hen add bigger piece first then add straw in the middle and add 6in cake then add 4 inch cake on top.
  • The add design over the cake
  • Then for garnishing add roses on the cake
  • Now our 3 layer wedding cake is ready .
