Preheat the oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Grease the cake tin with butter or oil and line the butter paper.
Mix maida , coco powder , sugar , salt and baking soda. Sieve the mix twice.
In another bowl take water , oil , lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix it well.
Now mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients in small batches.
Pour it into cake tin and tap it on the flour.
Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes in pre heated oven at 180℃.
Allow it to cool.
Whipped the cream with the help of the electric beater.
Cut the cake in three layer. Soak every layer with sugar syrup. Icing it nicely.
Make different coloured flowers from whipped cream.
Arrange the flowers on the cake and decorate with sprinklers.
