Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 11/2 cup All purpose flour


  • 1/4 cup Coco powder


  • 1 Cup powdered Sugar


  • 1 tsp Baking soda


  • 1 cup Water


  • 1/3 cup Oil


  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice


  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract


  • 1 cup whippe cream


  • 1 tbsp Sprinkles


  • 1/8 tsp food colour ( different colours )

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Grease the cake tin with butter or oil and line the butter paper.
  • Mix maida , coco powder , sugar , salt and baking soda. Sieve the mix twice.
  • In another bowl take water , oil , lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix it well.
  • Now mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients in small batches.
  • Pour it into cake tin and tap it on the flour.
  • Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes in pre heated oven at 180℃.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Whipped the cream with the help of the electric beater.
  • Cut the cake in three layer. Soak every layer with sugar syrup. Icing it nicely.
  • Make different coloured flowers from whipped cream.
  • Arrange the flowers on the cake and decorate with sprinklers.
