1 cup maida
1/2 cup & 2 tablespoon sugar powder
2 tablespoon milk powder
1/2 cup curd
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon sprig vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh cream
100 grams dark chocolate
250 grams fresh cream
1/8 teaspoon rose emulsion
1/8 teaspoon green food colour
1 teaspoon silver balls for garnish
In a pan add 1/2 cup fresh cream and boil it 1 min.then off the flame and add dark chocolate mix till chocolate melt,keep aside.
In a bowl add condensed milk and water and mix well,keep aside.
In a mixing bowl sieve maida,sugar powder,baking soda,baking powder,milk powder twice.
Then add sprig vanilla essence,oil,curd and milk,mix well and make ribbin consistency batter and pore in tin,tap twice,bake in preheat oven for25_20 min.on 180 degree.
Then cool it, demould it
Cut it into 3 parts
Apply diluted condensed milk.on one part,apply wheapped cream,then put another soaked slice and layar whipped cream
Then put third soaked cake slice and cover the whole cake with whipped cream
In a piping bag pore chocolate ganash and pore all 4 sides
Add rose emulsion in 1 cup cream and garnish as your choice
Add green colour in 1 cup cream and make leaves.
Garnish with rest of chocolates ganash.and sprinkle silver balls on it.
