Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Chop dates 1bowl
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Chop dates 1cup
  • Chop walnuts 1/2cup
  • Olive oil 1cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a dates desseds and roughly cut in pcs.
  • Take a 2 cups of milk then milk boil.
  • Then add chop datesixed and soak at 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes take a blender jar add dates and milk and blend make a smooth paste.
  • Take a big bowl add dates paste,chop dates,baking powder and maida mix then add vanilla essence garnish walnuts.
  • After 25 minutes bake at 120 degree at 20 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes eggless dates cake is ready.
