  • 3/4th Cup curd

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4th Cup oil

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 2 Cup plain flour

  • 1/4th tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4th Cup 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 cup fruit jam

  • 1/4th Cup water

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut


  • take curd, sugar, oil and Vanilla extract and whisk for 5 minutes and combined well.
  • Sift plain flour, baking soda and baking powder into it. Mix well by cut and fold method. Do not over mix.
  • add milk if required and make a lump free smooth better.
  • transfer it into a greased cake tray. Pat twice.
  • preheat and bake at 180 degree c for 40 minutes.
  • cool completely and prick and make holes. keep aside.
  • on the other hand take a pan and add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/4th Cup water. dissolve the sugar bowl for 2 minutes for sticky, cool completely, at 1/4th Cup Honey into it and mix well, pour this Honey syrup generously on to the cake.
  • Now, take 1/2 of fruit jam, 1 tablespoon honey and mix well until the jam melts well. do not overheat .
  • spread this honey jam mixture on to the cake and make a thick layer.
  • spread from desiccated coconut for garnishing.
