  • Dried Cranberries 15 pcs

  • Afghan Raisin 2tsp

  • Chop Plum 1/2cup

  • Chop Prunes 6 pcs

  • Dry Apricot chop 4 pcs

  • Homemade tutti frutti 1/2cup

  • Chop Cashews 1/4cup

  • chop Almonds 25 pcs

  • Chop walnuts 1/4cup

  • Condensed milk 200ml

  • Butter 200g

  • Maida 2 cups

  • Sugar 1cup

  • Baking powder 1tsp

  • Water 1 1/2cups

Directions

    Take a pan add water and chopp all dry fruits soaked for 2 minutes.

    After 2 minutes then boil for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes dry fruits are seprate and water keep a side.

    Take a another pan add sugar sugar are ceramalized then add dry fruit water and boil for 2 minutes then add boiled dry fruits stir for 2 minutes.

    Take a bowl add condensed milk and melted butter mix and whisk for fluffy and smooth then add vanilla essense,maida and baking powder mix then add dry fruit released water mix then add dry fruits mix.

    Take a cake tin greased and dusted then pour batter and bake for pre heated oven 180 ° for 25 minutes for lower shelf and 120 ° for 20 minutes at upper shelf.

    After 45 minutes Eggless plum cake is ready.
