1 cup all purpose flour
200 gram condensed milk
100 gram butter at room temperature
2 tbsp sugar powder
1 cup chilled whipped cream
1/2 cup cashew and pista powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 saffron (soaked)
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
Preheat the oven at 180 degree fir 20 mins.
Grease and dust the cake tin.
Sieve flour , sugar powder, bak8ng powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl and mix them well.
Add all rest ingredients condensed milk, milk, butter, saffron, cashew n pista powder, cardamom powder and vanilla essence .
Mix well all the ingredients and make smooth batter.
Pour this cake mixture in the greased tin.
Tap the tin 3-4 times to set the batter evenly.
Put this tin in the preheated oven and bake it 180 degree for 35 mins.
After baking let it be cool .
