Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 200 gram condensed milk


  • 100 gram butter at room temperature


  • 2 tbsp sugar powder


  • 1 cup chilled whipped cream


  • 1/2 cup cashew and pista powder


  • 1 tsp Baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda


  • 1/2 saffron (soaked)


  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder


  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence


  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree fir 20 mins.
  • Grease and dust the cake tin.
  • Sieve flour , sugar powder, bak8ng powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl and mix them well.
  • Add all rest ingredients condensed milk, milk, butter, saffron, cashew n pista powder, cardamom powder and vanilla essence .
  • Mix well all the ingredients and make smooth batter.
  • Pour this cake mixture in the greased tin.
  • Tap the tin 3-4 times to set the batter evenly.
  • Put this tin in the preheated oven and bake it 180 degree for 35 mins.
  • After baking let it be cool .
